摘要
泡罩分布器是多相流设备的重要内构件,因其应用场景的差异,导致其结构型式多样化。本文总结了泡罩结构、排布对流体力学和相间传递过程的影响,包括在精馏塔中气液相分布情况、上层清夜高度和持液率等;在气固流化床中均匀布气特性和流化性能;在鼓泡床反应器布中气泡的尺寸、气含率和压降等。对泡罩分布器在多相流设备的应用现状也进行了分析,为设计开发新型分布器提供参考。
As a important internal in multi-phase flow equipment,the bubble cap distributor has various structural types due to its difference application scenario.This paper summaries the influences of bubble cap structure and arrangement on fluid mechanics and interphase transfer process,including the gas-liquid distribution,the supernatant height and the liquid holdup in the distillation column;uniform air distribution and fluidization properties in the gas-solid fluidized bed reactor;bubble size,gas holdup and pressure drop in the bubble bed reactor.The application status of bubble cap gas distributors in multi-phase flow equipment are also analyzed so as to shad a light on the design and development of new type distributor.
