摘要
尽管聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(Poly(1,4-butylenetere-phthalate),PBT)高分子主链上含有苯环结构,但燃烧时却不易成炭,伴随着熔滴滴落现象,应用时易造成火灾蔓延。本文针对PBT的热解过程,综述了近年来国内外阻燃PBT复合材料的研究进展,重点综述了PBT/膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)复合材料以及阻燃协效剂在绿色环保IFR中的应用,旨在为高效PBT/IFR阻燃复合材料的研究提供思路与启发。
Although poly(1,4-butylene terephthalate)(PBT)contains benzene ring structure in main macromolecules,it is not easy to form carbon when burning,and with the phenomenon of droplet dripping,resulted in fire spreading when applied.According to the pyrolysis process of PBT,the research progresses of flame retardant PBT composites at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed.Focusing on the application of PBT/intumescent flame retardant(IFR)composites and flame retardant synergist in green environmental protection IFR,aiming to provide ideas and inspiration for the research of efficient PBT/IFR flame retardant composites.
