摘要
扣拱施工技术是地铁工程施工的核心技术,对提升地铁隧道衬砌结构的稳定性和安全性有很大帮助。结合潘家园西站实际案例,分析了地铁工程二衬台车换撑扣拱施工技术的施工工艺流程,并提出施工测量、防水、模板支架等具体的应用方法。分析表明:根据断面宽度不一致,拱部结构形式不同,要采取不同方式进行施工,进行对应的格栅破除及扣拱模板支架施工,同时做好防水及钢筋施工、混凝土浇筑、拱架支撑拆除和注浆回填等要点,可确保隧道二衬支撑的稳定,为隧道安全打好基础。
The constructing technology of buckle arch is the core technology in subway construction,which is of great help to improve the stability and safety of subway tunnel lining structure.Based on the actual case of Panjiayuan West Station,the construction process of support replacement and buckle arch in the second-lined trolley in subway engineering is analyzed,and the specific application of construction survey,waterproof and formwork support is proposed.The analysis shows that according to the inconsistent section width and different arch structures,different construction methods should be adopted,combined with waterproof,reinforcement construction,pouring concrete,arch support removal and grouting backfill,so as to remove the corresponding grids and to conduct the arch formwork support constructing.The constructing technology can ensure the stability of the two-lined support and lay a good foundation for tunnel safety.
