摘要
在富水砂层的地质条件下,新建地铁和既有线路换乘节点连接位置施工难度更大,容易因地下水对新建地铁和既有线路造成影响。传统办法无法有效解决此类问题。结合地铁工程换乘站的工程实例,从提前预防、加固的角度,采用坑外地面注浆、坑内设置降水井,并于新旧围护结构衔接处采用钢花管注浆,以及搭建内部防水结构等一系列措施对换乘节点进行加固及防水处理。施工结果显示,既有线路未出现明显位移,新建线路和既有线路均未受到地下水的影响,应用效果显著。
Under the geological condition of water-rich sand layer,it is more difficult to construct the connection position of transfer nodes between the new subway and the existing line,and it is easy to be affected by the groundwater.Traditional method is unable to effectively solve such problem.Combined with the project case of subway transfer station,from the perspective of early prevention and reinforcement,a series of measures are adopted,such as pit ground grouting,pit dewatering well,molten steel tube grouting in old and new structure cohesion,as well as building internal waterproof structure,to ensure reinforcement and waterproofing treatment of transfer nodes.The construction results show that the existing line has no obvious displacement,the new line and the existing line are not affected by groundwater,and the application effect is remarkable.
