摘要
钱塘江唐诗之路治水历史悠久,拥有一大批形式多样、内容丰富的水文化遗产。钱塘江唐诗之路杭州段水文化遗产保护与传承存在生态文明意识不强,可持续发展的水资源环境支撑体系尚未建立,缺乏健全的管理制度和法律法规保护等难点和堵点,提出建立水文化遗产管理体系,加强水文化遗产精神解码,加强生态培育与活态传承,推进水文化遗产产出融合,构建水文化遗产保护与开发评价指标体系等对策。
With a long history of water control,the Qiantang River has a large number of cultural heritages with diverse forms and rich contents.However,there are some problems as to the protection and inheritance of water cultural heritage in Hangzhou Section of Tang Poetry Road along the Qiangtang River,such as weak awareness of ecological civilization,unestablished support system for sustainable water resources environment,unsound management system and protection regulations,etc.Some countermeasures are proposed,including the establishment of water cultural heritage management system,as well as the evaluation index system of protection and development,the construction of database and visual inspection system,the building of industrial integration mode and the decoding of water culture heritage spirit.
