摘要
目的探讨思维导图引导双元护理干预策略在脑胶质瘤术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取郑州大学附属肿瘤医院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的81例脑胶质瘤术后患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为对照组(40例)和观察组(41例)。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上接受思维导图引导双元护理。对比两组并发症发生情况、护理工作满意度、干预前后自我管理效能感和生活质量。结果观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理工作满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组缓解压力、正性态度、自我决策评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取思维导图引导双元护理干预策略护理脑胶质瘤术后患者,可提升患者自我管理效能感和生活质量,减少并发症的发生,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of the application of mind map-guided binary nursing intervention strategy in postoperative patients with glioma.Methods Eighty-one patients with postoperative glioma who were admitted to the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(41 cases)according to the order of admission.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received binary nursing guided by mind map on the basis of the control group.The incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction,self-management efficacy and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of stress relief,positive attitude and self decision-making in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind map-guided binary nursing intervention strategy in postoperative patients with glioma can improve the patient’s sense of self-management efficacy and quality of life,reduce complications,and improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction.
