摘要
目的探讨慢性心力衰竭患者应对方式对遵医行为的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月商丘市第二人民医院收治的80例慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,于患者入院当天,分别应用简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、自制遵医行为量表评估患者的应对方式及遵医行为,分析应对方式对慢性心力衰竭患者遵医行为的影响。结果80例慢性心力衰竭患者,遵医行为不良组44例(55.00%),遵医行为良好组36例(45.00%);两组受教育程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);遵医行为不良组SCSQ积极应对评分低于遵医行为良好组,SCSQ消极应对评分高于遵医行为良好组(P<0.05);logistic回归分析结果显示,消极应对是慢性心力衰竭患者遵医行为的危险因子(OR>1,P<0.05),受教育程度、积极应对是慢性心力衰竭患者遵医行为的保护因子(OR<1,P<0.05)。结论应对方式可对慢性心力衰竭患者遵医行为产生重要影响,患者应对方式越倾向于积极应对,其遵医行为越高。
Objective To explore the influence of coping style on compliance behavior in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.On the day of admission,the simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)and self-made compliance behavior scale were used to evaluate the patients’coping styles and compliance behavior,and the impact of the way should be on the compliance behavior of patients with chronic heart failure was analyzed.Results Among 80 patients with chronic heart failure,44 cases(55.00%)were in the poor compliance group and 36 cases(45.00%)were in the good compliance group.The educational level of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SCSQ positive coping score in the poor compliance group was lower than that in the good compliance group,and the SCSQ negative coping score was higher than that in the good compliance group(P<0.05).The results of logistic regression analysis showed that negative coping was a risk factor for compliance behavior of patients with chronic heart failure(OR>1,P<0.05),and education level and positive coping were protective factors for compliance behavior of patients with chronic heart failure(OR<1,P<0.05).Conclusion The coping style can have an important impact on the compliance behavior of patients with chronic heart failure.The more positive the coping style is,the higher the compliance behavior is.
