摘要
目的分析河南省某三甲综合医院2018―2021年恶性肿瘤患者住院费用的影响因素,为合理控制恶性肿瘤患者的住院费用提供参考依据。方法提取2018―2021年住院患者病案首页数据,运用描述性分析、非参数检验和BP神经网络模型对20963例恶性肿瘤患者的住院费用及其影响因素进行分析。结果不同性别、年龄、是否手术、医疗付费方式、入院途径、住院时间和离院方式患者的住院费用差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。通过BP神经网络模型分析得出,住院时间和是否手术是住院总费用的影响因素(重要度分别为0.439和0.357);是否手术对耗材类费用影响较大(重要度为0.604);年龄对中医类费用影响较大(重要度为0.160)。结论该院2018―2021年恶性肿瘤患者住院费用的影响因素为性别、年龄、是否手术、医疗付费方式、入院途径、住院时间和离院方式;其中,住院时间和是否手术是住院费用的主要影响因素。
Objective Analyzing the influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of malignant tumor patients in a Tertiary-Level Hospital in Henan Province from 2018 to 2021,so as to provide reference for reasonable control of inpatient expenses of malignant tumor patients.Methods Extracting the first page data of inpatients’medical records in 2018 to 2021.Analyze the hospitalization expenses and their influencing factors of 20963 patients with malignant tumors by descriptive analysis,non-parametric test and BP neural network model.Results There were significant differences in hospitalization expenses among patients with different gender,age,whether to operate,medical payment method,admission way,length of stay and way of leaving hospital(P<0.001).Through the analysis of BP neural network model,it was concluded that the number of days in hospital and whether to operate were the influencing factors of the total hospitalization expenses(the importance was 0.439 and 0.357 respectively).Moreover,whether the operation had a great impact on the cost of consumables,with an importance of 0.604.Age had a great impact on the cost of traditional Chinese medicine,with the importance of 0.160.Conclusion From 2018 to 2021,the influencing factors of the inpatient expenses of malignant tumor patients in the hospital are gender,age,whether to operate,medical payment method,admission route,length of stay and way of leaving the hospital.Among them,the number of days in hospital and whether or not to operate are the main important factors affecting hospitalization costs.
