摘要
为研究车用经编面料手感与其结构参数的关系,采用新型的PhabrOmeter®织物评价系统测试车用顶棚面料的手感系数,由灰色系统理论分析织物的结构参数与织物的刚韧系数、柔软系数、光滑系数之间的关联度并排序。结果表明:影响车用顶棚织物的刚韧性能的主次顺序依次是纬向密度、面密度、厚度、经向密度、后梳栉线密度、前中梳栉线密度;影响车用顶棚织物柔软性能、光滑性能的主次顺序依次是纬向密度、面密度、厚度、后梳栉线密度、经向密度、前中梳栉线密度。通过进一步分析织物面密度与刚韧性能、柔软性能的关系,得出织物的柔软性随着面密度的增加而下降,织物的刚韧性随着面密度的增大而提高。
In order to study the relationship between the hand feel and structural parameters of auto warp knitted fabrics,the new PhabrOmeter®fabric evaluation system was used to test the feel coefficient of the vehicle roof fabric,the correlations between the structural parameters and the toughness coefficient,softness coefficient and smoothness coefficient of the fabric were analyzed by the gray system theory and the order was arranged.The results showed that the primary and secondary order affecting the toughness of the vehicle roof fabric were:weft density,areal density,thickness,warp density,linear density of back guide bar and linear density of front-mid-dle guide bar.The primary and secondary order affecting the softness and smoothness of the vehicle roof fabric were:weft density,areal density,thickness,linear density of back guide bar,warp density and linear density of front-middle guide bar.By further analyzing the relationships between the areal density of the fabric and its toughness and softness,it was concluded that the softness of the fabric decreased while the toughness increased with the increase of the areal density.
