摘要
目前功能性织带成为织带行业发展的热点方向,而关于吸湿发热织带的研究比较少见。选用一种吸湿发热纱线设计开发具有发热功能的机织双层织带,通过改变组织结构和纱线配置,设计织造了6种织带。对织带透气、透湿、热阻、吸湿发热性能进行测试,并分析纬纱种类、组织结构对织带发热保暖性能的影响。结果表明6种织带都有一定的发热效果,其中当纬纱使用吸湿发热纱线,组织采用六上二下斜纹组织时织带发热效果最佳,最高升温值达13.8℃,平均升温值为9.1℃。为吸湿发热织带的设计与开发提供了参考依据。
Functional ribbon has become a focus in the development of ribbon industry,and current research on hygroscopic exothermic ribbon is relatively rare.A hygroscopic exothermic yarn was used to design and develop a double-layer woven ribbon with heat-generating function.By changing the tissue structure and the yarn config-uration,6 kinds of ribbons were designed.The breathability,moisture permeability,thermal resistance and hy-groscopic exothermic properties of the ribbons were tested,and the influence of the kinds of weft yarns and the tissue structures on the heating and thermal properties of the ribbons were analyzed.The results showed that all the 6 ribbons had certain heating effects,among which the ribbon with hygroscopic heating weft yarn and 6/2 twill weave had the best heating effect,and the highest and the average heating value were 13.8℃and 9.1℃re-spectively.A reference was provided for the design and development of hygroscopic exothermic ribbon.
