摘要
为开发可应用于电焊防护服的织物,探讨了不同浓度石墨烯涂层对织物结构和性能的影响。对织物的形貌特征进行了分析,并对织物的导热系数、抗金属熔滴冲击与透气性等进行了测试。结果表明:织物表面的石墨烯成膜尺寸随质量分数增加而增大。石墨烯浓度为4%时抗金属熔滴冲击性最好,水平导热系数高,纵向导热系数低,表现出优异的防护效果。石墨烯质量分数为1%时,其熔融金属冲击升温也符合电焊防护服标准,且透气性良好,增重低,穿着舒适。
In order to develop fabrics for welding protective clothing,the effects of different concentrations of graphene coatings on fabric structure and properties were investigated.The morphological characteristics of the fabric were analyzed,and the thermal conductivity,metal droplet impact resistance and air permeability of the fabric were analyzed.The results showed that the film size of graphene on the fabric surface increased with the in-crease of mass fraction.When the concentration of graphene was 4%,the impact resistance of metal droplets was the best,the horizontal thermal conductivity was high,and the longitudinal thermal conductivity was low,showing excellent protective effect.When the mass fraction of graphene was 1%,the temperature rising of its mol-ten metal impact also met the standard of welding protective clothing with excellent air permeability,low weight gain and comfortable wearing.
