基于常时微动的建筑群振动特性及其抗震能力分布推测 被引量:1

Estimation of Buildings Groups Vibration Characteristics and Seismic Capacity Distribution Based on Microtremor

摘要 采用常时微动观测手段,探索反映建筑群实际抗震能力分布规律的推测方法。首先以呼和浩特市区钢筋混凝土结构的建筑群为例,选出431栋楼层、年代、形状不同的建筑物,进行常时微动观测并收集其面积、高度和用途等基本信息,掌握代表性建筑物的固有频率和建筑群的振动特征。其次采用柴田建筑群抗震能力分布推测和统计学方法,利用建筑群振动特征求出建筑群整体抗震能力的对数正态分布曲线,该曲线的标准偏差为0.409,平均值为-0.005。研究结果表明:建筑群的短轴方向和长轴方向的抗震能力分布几乎相同;用途不同的建筑物其抗震能力分布曲线存在差异,住宅建筑物抗震能力分布较集中于标准值附近,非住宅建筑物的比较分散;呼和浩特市区低于标准抗震能力的建筑物占比为41%,较日本东北地区柴田建筑群模型的低标准建筑物高出9%。本研究的研究成果将为城市建筑群的实际抗震能力分布推测、建筑群模型构建及震害评估提供参考。 To explore the method for estimating the distribution of the intrinsic seismic capacity of building clusters and to provide a reference basis for building cluster model construction and seismic damage assessment,the reinforced concrete buildings in Hohhot were taken as example and 431 buildings with different floors,ages,and shapes were selected to be collected their basic information such as area,height,and usage,as well as microtremor observations to be conducted on the buildings for determination of the inherent frequencies of buildings and the vibration characteristics of the building clusters.The logarithmic normal distribution curve of the overall seismic capacity of building group was obtained based on vibration characteristics of them by using Shibada’s estimation of seismic capacity distribution for the building clusters and necessary statistical method,which showed that the standard deviation of the curve was 0.409 and the mean value was-0.005.The assessment results indicated that(1)the distribution of seismic capacity in the short-axis and long-axis directions was almost the same;that(2)the distribution curves of seismic capacity of buildings for different usages were different,specifically,the distribution of seismic capacity of residential buildings was more concentrated around the standard value and that of non-residential buildings was more dispersed;that(3)the percentage of buildings with seismic capacity below the standard in Hohhot was 41%,which was 9%higher than that of the low-standard buildings in the Shibada building model in Japan.
