摘要
目的 分析分娩球联合自由体位助产对产妇产程及剖宫产率的影响。方法 80例产妇,依据分娩方案不同分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组产妇采用传统分娩方案,观察组产妇采用分娩球联合自由体位助产分娩方案。对比两组产妇产程时间及妊娠结局。结果 观察组第一产程时间(240.45±42.22)min、第二产程时间(35.22±5.33)min、第三产程时间(14.86±4.23)min、总产程时间(290.53±52.12)min均短于对照组的(356.11±70.88)、(39.98±5.22)、(25.96±5.22)、(422.05±79.98)min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自然分娩率80.00%高于对照组的40.00%,阴道助产率10.00%、剖宫产率10.00%低于对照组的32.50%、27.50%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 分娩球联合自由体位助产可有效缩短产程时间,降低剖宫产率,可作为产妇分娩时的最佳分娩方案之一。
Objective To analyze the effect of birthing ball combined with free position midwifery on maternal labor course and cesarean section rate.Methods A total of 80 lying-in-women were divided into observation group and control group according to different delivery regimens,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional delivery,while the observation group adopted birthing ball combined with the free position midwifery.The duration of labor and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of first stage of labor(240.45±42.22)min,the duration of second stage of labor(35.22±5.33)min,the duration of third stage of labor(14.86±4.23)min,and the total stage of labor(290.53±52.12)min in the observation group were shorter than(356.11±70.88),(39.98±5.22),(25.96±5.22),and(422.05±79.98)min in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate 80.00%of the observation group was higher than 40.00%of the control group;the vaginal delivery rate 10.00%,and the cesarean section rate 10.00%of the observation group were lower than 32.50%and 27.50%of the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Birthing ball combined with free position midwifery can effectively shorten labor course,reduce cesarean section rate,which can be used as one of the best options available for women in labor.
