基于DEA模型的EPC项目分包商选择多属性决策 被引量:2

Multi-attributes Decision-making of Subcontractor Selection for EPC Project Based on DEA Model

摘要 分包是EPC模式的重要环节,能否选择一个有能力的分包商很大程度上决定了项目的成败。识别EPC项目分包商选择的8个决策属性并将其归入投入指标与产出指标,采用数据包络分析(DEA)、一致性检验和线性回归分析,构建了EPC项目分包商选择的多属性决策模型。模型将生产效率作为分包商选择的决策依据,并采用DEA方法进行测度;采用一致性检验度量各样本数据间的显著性差异;采用线性回归分析识别决策过程的关键影响因素;将MaxDEA以及Eviews软件用于DEA模型求解与线性回归分析。最后,将该模型用于GFZ高速公路EPC项目分包商选择的决策过程进行验证,结果表明基于数据包络分析的EPC项目分包商多属性决策模型科学、可行,软件的应用能使决策过程更加简单。 To guarantee the success of EPC implementation,selecting a competent subcontractor is a vital step and it determines the success or failure of a project to a large extent.After detailed literature review,eight attributes are selected for subcontractor selection and grouped into input index and output index.A multi-attributes decision-making model for subcontractor selection of EPC project are developed integrating DEA,convergence test and linear regression analysis.The performance efficiency of subcontractor is calculated as selection criterion by DEA.Then convergence test is introduced to weight the consistency of data comes from different experts.Further,regression method is used for determinants analysis to identify the key factors of performance efficiency.Also,software MaxDEA and Eviews are used for the solution of DEA and regression analysis.In the end,the proposed model is described and illustrated by a case study from GFZ express way construction project.The results show that the EPC project subcontractor multi-attribute decision-making model based on data envelopment analysis is scientific and feasible,and the application of software can make the decision-making process more simple.
