摘要
选取德国生产的易切削非调质钢成品钢材C70S6,以及国产钢材45MnVS,通过金相显微镜观察与采用定量分析的方法对其成分、显微组织,以及夹杂物尺寸、形态、数量分别进行分析,结果表明:国外试样的单位面积硫化物的数量较少,分布呈弥散状,形态分布较为均匀,长条状硫化物趋于纺锤形,国内单位面积硫化物数量较多,尤其长条状的明显多于国外的,分布大多为聚集型,形态趋于细长形;国外的组织都是细小片状珠光体,国内的相组织是以铁素体和球状珠光体所组成。
By examining the German production of easy cutting non-quenched and tempered steel C70S6 and steel 45MnVS of domestic steel products under metallographic microscope,the composition,microstructure and inclusion size,shape and number are analyzed by using the method of quantitative analysis.The comparative results go as the following:foreign samples have less sulfi de per unit area in the,with dispersive distribution,more uniform morphology the distribution,elongated sulfi de tending to fusiform;domestic samples have more sulfur per unit area,with more strip shape,mostly taking aggregated-form distribution,tending to elongate shape;the tissues of foreign samples are fi ne lamellar pearlite,whereas the sample tissues at home is composed of ferrite and spherical pearlite.
