摘要
危险化学品企业在国民经济和社会发展中具有重要地位,但安全基础薄弱、管理水平低、重大安全风险隐患突出等问题是制约企业安全健康发展的重要因素。文章提出强化安全管理工作,破解危险化学品生产经营的基础性、源头性问题,是化工企业的头等大事。构建危险化学品安全治理体系,不断开创安全生产新篇章,推动危险化学品安全生产管理水平整体提升。
Hazardous chemicals enterprises play an important role in the national economy and social development,but the problems such as the weak safety basis,low management level and prominent safety risk and hidden danger are the important factors that restrict the safety and healthy development of enterprises.The paper proposes that strengthen safety management and solve the basic and source problems of hazardous chemicals production and operation enterprises is the most important matter for chemical enterprises.Building safety governance system,constantly create a new chapter of safe production,and promote the overall improvement of the level of safety production management of hazardous chemical enterprises.
