摘要
本文提出一种面向智能工厂的分布式通信模型,根据实际生产需求设计智能工厂分布式通信模型的总体架构,采用消息代理实现分布式通信模型的发布/订阅机制。同时,提出一种基于WFQ的动态感知调度算法,根据队列积压的长度动态调整实时数据流与非实时数据流的权值,优先发送系统实时数据,满足实时性数据的可靠传输需求。实验结果表明,本文所设计的模型能够完成智能工厂网络的分布式通信,在实时性和可靠性方面均表现出较好的性能,保证了智能工厂设备在网络资源受限情况下的实时、可靠需求,提高了整个通信网络的服务质量。
This paper proposes a distributed communication model for intelligent factory,designs the overall architecture of intelligent factory distributed communication model according to the actual production requirements,and adopts the message agent to realize the distribution/subscription mechanism of distributed communication model.At the same time,a WFQ-based dynamic aware scheduling algorithm is proposed to dynamically adjust the weights of real-time data flow and non-real-time data flow according to the length of the queue backlog,and give priority to sending real-time data of the system to meet the reliable transmission needs of real-time data.The experimental results show that the model designed in this paper can complete the distributed communication of intelligent factory network,show good performance in real-time and reliability,ensure the real-time and reliable demand of intelligent factory equipment under the condition of limited network resources,and improve the service quality of the whole communication network.
