纳米SiO_(2)/触变性聚合物提高泡沫遇油稳定性机理 被引量:1

Improved foam stability in the presence of crude oil by the combination of nano-SiO_(2) and thixotropic polymer:A mechanistic study

摘要 如何提升泡沫在原油存在条件下的稳定性是泡沫提高采收率领域的关键性问题。通过泡沫遇油稳定性静态评价、微观刻蚀模型泡沫驱油、微观表征实验等手段系统的研究了新型SDBS/纳米SiO_(2)/触变性聚合物(WTP)泡沫体系的遇油稳定性及其稳泡机理。结果表明,相较于传统的表面活性剂泡沫,SDBS/纳米SiO_(2)/WTP泡沫在原油存在时能够保持良好的稳定性。当原油流向气泡之间的液膜时,触变性聚合物在液膜中形成的空间网络所产生的高粘度将抑制原油向液膜侵入。纳米SiO_(2)颗粒在液膜表面吸附形成的“固体外壳”则可以大大增加油相的流动阻力,同时降低液膜排水后的气泡聚结速率。泡沫遇油稳定性的增强可提高其在裂缝性低渗油藏中的调剖及驱油能力。 Improving the foam stability in the presence of crude oil seriously affects the performance of foam enhanced oil recovery(EOR).The stability of SDBS/nano-SiO_(2)/thixotropic polymer(WTP)foam in the presence of crude oil were studied by a series of laboratory experiments,such as static evaluation,microscopic visualization and morphology characterization.The results show that SDBS/nano-SiO_(2)/WTP foam system has a good foam-stabilizing performance in the presence of light crude oil.When crude oil flows to the liquid film between bubbles,the high viscosity generated by the spatial network formed by thixotropic polymers in the liquid film will greatly increase the flow resistance of the oil phase.The“solid shell”formed by the adsorption of nano-SiO_(2)particles on the surface of the liquid film can prevent the invasion of crude oil into the liquid film and reduce the bubble coalescence rate of the film after drainage.The enhancement of foam stability in the presence of oil can improve the conformance control performance in fractured low-permeability reservoirs.
