摘要
对具有双腐蚀缺陷的管道的失效压力进行研究,有助于预测海底管道的承载能力从而保证管道安全运行。以X80管道为研究对象,使用ANSYS软件,建立有限元模型,进行了方法的可行性验证。在此基础上,研究了不同长度、深度的双腐蚀缺陷,以及缺陷轴向、环向不同间距影响下的管道失效压力变化规律,并对有限元计算结果进行了拟合。研究结果可以为实际工程中具有多腐蚀缺陷的海底管道的安全评估提供参考。
The study on the failure pressure of pipelines with double corrosion defects is helpful in predicting the carrying capacity of submarine pipelines and ensuring their safe operation.In this paper,taking the X80 pipeline as the research object,a finite element model was established using the ANSYS software to verify the feasibility of the method.On this basis,the variation rule of the failure pressure of pipeline under the influence of double corrosion defects with different lengths and depths as well as different axial and circumferential spacings were studied,and the finite element calculation results were fitted.The research results could provide a reference for the safety assessment of submarine pipelines with multiple corrosion defects in actual projects.
