摘要
为赋能跨境电商,提高跨境电商的服务效率与质量,同时更充分地发挥跨境电商对双循环新发展格局的塑造作用,结合跨境电商行业发展实际,对中国跨境电商与新零售融合发展问题开展研究。研究发现,跨境电商行业与新零售融合具有必要性,但目前在线下实体建设、通关效率、物流成本、安全支付、信用体系、人才队伍培养等方面仍存在不足。要使两者融合达到预期效果,突破现实困境,应进一步打造跨境新零售门店,完善通关监管相关政策法规,构建新型物流模式,加强支付安全性建设,完善跨境电商信用体系,建设人才培养协同体系。
In order to empower cross-border e-commerce,optimize its service efficiency and quality,and give full play to its role in shaping the new development pattern of dual circulation,this paper studies the integrated development of cross-border e-commerce and new retail in China based on the actual development of cross-border e-commerce industry.The study shows that it is necessary to integrate cross-border e-commerce industry with new retail,but there are still deficiencies in offline entity construction,customs clearance efficiency,logistics cost,secure payment,credit system,talent training and other aspects.To achieve the desired effect and break through the practical dilemma in the integration,it is essential to further build cross-border new retail stores,improve policies and regulations related to customs clearance supervision,construct a new logistics mode,strengthen the construction of payment security,improve the credit system of cross-border e-commerce,and construct a collaborative system for talent training.
