摘要
这里研究了FDM式3D打印PLA/HA复合材料的力学性能。以羟基磷灰石(HA)在聚乳酸(PLA)基体中的含量分别为0,5%,10%,20%和30%的PLA/HA复合材料丝材作为实验原料,使用FDM式3D打印机以往复扫描和交叉扫描两种3D打印扫描方式分别打印具有不同HA含量的拉伸和三点弯曲试件,然后对试件进行力学性能测试。结果表明,采用交叉扫描方式打印,且HA含量为10%时,试件的抗拉强度最大,为54.90MPa。采用往复扫描方式,HA含量为10%时,试件的抗弯强度最大,为96.32MPa。在HA含量相同条件下,采用往复扫描方式制备试件的抗弯强度总是高于交叉扫描方式制备试件的抗弯强度。
The mechanical properties of FDM 3D printing PLA/HA composite were studied.The PLA/HA composite wire with HA content of 0,5%,10%,20%and 30%in PLA matrix was used as the experimental material.FDM 3D printer was used to print tensile and three-point bending specimens with different HA content in reciprocating scanning and cross scanning,and then the mechanical properties of the specimens were tested.The results show that when use the cross scanning type and the HA content is10%,the tensile strength of the specimen is the highest,is 54.90MPa.When use the reciprocating scanning type and the HA content is 10%,the bending strength of the specimen is 96.32MPa.Under the same HA content,the bending strength of specimens prepared by reciprocating scanning is always higher than that of specimens prepared by cross scanning.
