摘要
螺旋锥齿轮其啮合性能主要受啮合区的影响,而螺旋锥齿轮的啮合区受齿轮加工参数以及安装误差等因素的影响。这里从齿轮安装误差入手,通过控制安装误差来影响啮合区的位置变化,并根据有限元软件输出齿轮转角,利用传动误差来评价安装误差对齿轮啮合性能的影响。同时在静态分析过程中我们根据不同载荷工况下的有限元分析得出载荷变化对齿轮啮合性能造成的规律性影响。结果表明,对齿轮啮合性能的影响从小到大分别是:大齿轮轴向位移、轴间距、轴交角、小齿轮轴向偏移,同时在静态分析中,随着载荷的增大齿轮传动精度变差,但是随着载荷的增大,传动误差幅值波动较为平缓,这有效降低了由振动产生的噪声。
The meshing performance of spiral bevel gear is mainly affected by the meshing area,while the meshing area of spiral bevel gear is affected by factors such as gear processing parameters and installation errors.In this paper,starting from the installation error of the gear,the position change of the meshing area is affected by the installation error.The angle of the gear is output according to the finite element software,and the influence of the installation error on the meshing performance of the gear is evaluated by the transmission error.At the same time,in the process of static analysis,according to the finite element analysis under different load conditions,we get the regular influence of load change on the meshing performance of gears.The results show that the influence on the meshing performance of the gear is from small to large:the axial displacement of the big gear,the axial spacing,the axial angle,the axial displacement of the small gear.At the same time,in the static analysis,with the increase of the load,the transmission accuracy of the gear becomes worse,but with the increase of the load,the transmission error amplitude fluctuates more gently,which effectively reduces the noise caused by the vibration.
