摘要
研究了智能一体化设备处理农村分散型生活污水,一体化设备以A2O+MBR为主要处理工艺,将生物降解、膜分离、在线清洗、消毒以及PLC自动控制技术于一身,实现了分散型污水处理厂站无人值守运行。A2O+MBR工艺处理分散型生活污水处理效率高,能够保障出水水质稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》的一级A标准。
This paper studies the intelligent integrated equipment that treats rural decentralized domestic sewage.The integrated equipment takes A2O+MBR as the main processing technology,integrates biodegradation,membrane separation,online cleaning,disinfection and PLC automatic control technology,and realizes the unattended operation of decentralized sewage treatment plant station.The A2O+MBR process has high treatment efficiency for dispersed domestic sewage,and can ensure that the effluent quality is stable and meets the Class A standard of the“Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants”.
