摘要
农业是立国之本、安民之基,农业可持续发展是现在以及未来的方向。文章基于DEA-Malmquist指数模型,分析评价了近五年来江苏省农业可持续生产的效率。结果表明,江苏省绝大部分地区的农业可持续生产效率较高,其中技术效率的提高对生产率的提升占主导作用,个别地区生产率下降主要受限于技术进步指数的降低。针对研究结果,结论部分给出了如何因地制宜加快农业可持续发展、提高农业生产效率的对策建议,为相关决策和研究提供参考.
Agriculture is the foundation of the country and the people,and sustainable agricultural development is the direction for the present as well as the future.Based on the DEA-Malmquist index model,the article analyzes and evaluates the efficiency of sustainable agricultural production in Jiangsu province over the past five years.The results show that the efficiency of sustainable agricultural production in Jiangsu province is high in most of the regions,with the increase in productivity being dominated by the increase in technical efficiency,and the decrease in productivity in individual areas being mainly limited by the decrease in the technological progress index.In response to the findings of the study,the conclusion section gives suggestions for countermeasures to accelerate sustainable agricultural development and improve agricultural production efficiency according to local conditions,providing references for relevant policy-making and research.
