摘要
社区人口老龄化背景下如何提升长者服务水平,解决长者多元化的需求问题,是社区社会工作者面临的重要课题。以广东省惠州市D社区的长者服务为研究对象,采取行动研究的方法,通过需求分析、行动规划、行动实施、成效评估、行动反思五个阶段的行动,促进了长者个别化需求的解决,丰富了长者社交娱乐生活,构建了长者社会支持网络,证明社会工作介入社区长者服务是有效的。并提出大力发展社会工作、营造社区关爱长者氛围和建立健全“五社联动”机制的建议。
It is an important issue now facing community social workers regarding ways of improving the service level of the elderly in the context of community ageing population and thus satisfying the needs of the diversification of the aged population.The case of the service of the elderly in the D community in Huizhou City,Guangdong Province is studied,the method of action research is adopted,and through the five stages of demand analysis,action planning,action implementation,effectiveness assessment,and action reflection,it addressed the individual needs of the elderly individualization.Solutions sought to enrich the social entertainment life of the elderly,and we established the social support network of the elderly to prove that it is effective for social work to intervene in community elderly services.Finally,suggestions are put forward to vigorously develop the social work,to create the atmosphere of the elderly in the community,and to provide and operate the"five-social linkage"mechanism.
