疫情常态化背景下混合式教学质量评价体系的创新思考

Innovative Thinking on Blending Teaching Quality Evaluation System under the Background of Epidemic Normalization

摘要 混合式教学模式在疫情常态化的背景下已经成为最流行的教学模式。通过对近二十年的文献进行回顾分析,并结合东部地区本科院校的调查结果,发现我国混合式教学质量评价体系存在教学质量评价片面化、教学资源评价单一化、教学技术评价简单化以及评价工作开展形式化等问题,于是文中创新性地提出评价主体多元化和专业化、评价指标科学化和差异化、评价方式多样化和灵活化以及评价工作透明化和规范化等策略。 As the normalization of the epidemic situation,the blending teaching mode has become the most popular.Based on the review and analysis of literatures in recent 20 years and the survey results of undergraduate colleges in the eastern region,it is found that there are some problems in China s blending teaching quality evaluation system,such as one-sided teaching quality evaluation,single teaching resource evaluation,simplification of teaching technology evaluation and formalization of evaluation work,and then this paper innovatively puts forward the strategies of diversification and specialization of evaluation subjects,scientization and differentiation of evaluation indicators,diversification and flexibility of evaluation methods,and transparency and standardization of evaluation work.
