摘要
目的探讨3D打印技术联合以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在耳鼻喉头颈外科临床教学中的应用价值。方法纳入2018年1月—2020年12月于首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科实习的医学生60名,2018年1月—2019年6月期间接受传统教学法的30名为对照组,2019年7月—2020年12月期间接受3D打印技术结合PBL教学法的30名学生为研究组。实习结束后采用理论考试和实践考核形式考核两组综合能力,并自制教学评价问卷,让两组医学生对教学方式满意度进行不记名评价。结果研究组理论知识、病例分析及实践操作考核评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对教学方式的总满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术联合PBL教学法能够显著提高耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床教学效果,提升医学生综合能力及对教学方式的满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of 3D printing technology combined problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in the clinical teaching reform of otolaryngology head and neck surgery.Methods 60 medical students who practiced in otolaryngology head and neck surgery at Beijing Tongren Hospital,Capital Medical University,from January 2018 to December 2020 were included.30 students who received traditional teaching teaching method from January 2018 to June 2019 were included as the control group,and 30 students who received 3D printing technology combined with PBL teaching method from July 2019 to December 2020 were included as the research group.After the practice,the comprehensive abilities of the two groups were assessed in the form of theoretical examination and practical assessment,and the teaching evaluation questionnaire was self-made,so that the two groups of medical students could make anonymous evaluation on the satisfaction of teaching methods.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,case analysis and practical operation in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group with the teaching method was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D printing technology combined with PBL teaching method can significantly improve the clinical teaching effect of otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery,and improve the overall ability of medical students and their satisfaction with teaching methods.
