摘要
为适应我国公共卫生事业发展需要,也为满足培育海军医学院校公共卫生与预防医学专业人才的需求,预防医学教育教学要顺应需求进行适当的教学改革。海军职业卫生与职业医学是海军军医大学公共卫生与预防医学专业主干课程,为提升学员创新思维和实践能力,增强学员毕业后的履职能力,进行配套的实验课程构建是必不可少的。文章从海军卫生勤务需求出发,以结合海军实际作业环境为原则,对比国家规划教材与海军军医大学改革前的实验课程内容,初步探析海军职业卫生与职业医学实验课程的构建;与海军军医大学《军队卫生学实习讲义》相比,《海军职业卫生与职业医学实习讲义》更完善,更全面,更深入;与《职业卫生与职业医学实习指导》作对比,它在继承共性的同时又具特性。此次实验课程构建旨在有限的学时内培养新时期适应海军建设发展需要的职业卫生与职业医学人才,凸显海军特色,提高学员岗位胜任力,提升教员专业素质,完善教学模式与考核方式。
In order to meet the needs of the development of public health in our country,and to meet the needs of cultivating public health and preventive medicine professionals in naval medical schools,preventive medicine education and teaching should be adapted to the needs of appropriate teaching reforms.Naval occupational health and occupational medicine is the main course of Naval Medical University for public health and preventive medicine.In order to enhance the students'innovative thinking and practical ability,and enhance the students'ability to perform their duties after graduation,it is indispensable to construct supplementary experimental courses.Starting from the needs of naval health services and combining the actual operating environment of the navy as the principle,comparing the national planning textbook and the experimental curriculum content before the reform of Naval Medical University,this article preliminary analysis of the construction of the naval occupational health and occupational medicine experimental curriculum.Compared with the Military Hygiene Practice Manual of Naval Medical University,the Navy Occupational Hygiene and Occupational Medicine Practice Manual is more complete,comprehensive and in-depth;compared with the Occupational Hygiene and Occupational Medicine Practice Guidance,it inherits the commonality,but at the same time,it has characteristics.The construction of this experimental course is aimed at cultivating occupational health and occupational medical talents that meet the needs of naval construction and development in the new era within a limited number of hours,highlighting the characteristics of the navy,improving the competence of trainees,and enhancing the professional quality of teachers,completing teaching mode and assessment methods within a limited number of studies.
