矿用纳米吸能防冲击服防护机理研究

摘要 为了解决冲击地压威胁矿井作业人员的人身安全问题,采用模块化设计,结合纳米吸能新材料开发出一款矿用纳米吸能防冲击服。当受到外力冲击时,防冲击服从外到内层层缓冲,尤其当冲击能量缓冲至最内纳米吸能缓冲层时,可瞬时吸能,减缓冲击能量。本文从结构设计、防护机理、服装材料选择和性能研究等方面进行探讨,结果表明,该款矿用纳米吸能防冲击服基本性能达标,符合矿用防护服装标准;同时对比普通防护服,矿用纳米吸能防冲击服表现出优异的抗冲击性能和稳定性。这将为矿井作业人员在复杂工况下的劳动作业提供更好的安全保障,同时兼具舒适性。 In order to solve the problem of rock burst threatening the safety of mine workers,it has developed a mine nano energy absorbing anti-impact clothing by designing modularly,and combining with nano energy absorbing materials.When being impacted by an external force,the anti-impact clothing obeys the buffer from the outer to the inner layer,especially when the impact energy is buffered to the innermost nano energy absorbing buffer layer,the energy can be absorbed instantaneously and the impact energy can be reduced.The article conducts research on structural design,protection mechanism,clothing material selection and performance research,and the results show that:The basic performance of the nano energy absorbing anti-impact suit for mines meets standards of mine protective clothing;Compared with ordinary protective clothing,this nano energy absorbing anti-impact clothing for mine all exhibits excellent anti-impact and stability.It will provide better safety guarantee for mine workers in complex working conditions and at the same time provide comfort.
