PTA换热装置用国产化钛焊管关键性能分析 被引量:1

Key Performance Analysis of Lacalization of Titanium Welded Tube for PTA Heat Exchanger

摘要 国内应用于精对苯二甲酸(PTA)行业换热装置的钛管大多依赖进口钛焊管或采用钛无缝管。进口钛焊管价格居高不下,且交货周期长,而无缝管生产又对环境不友好。研究分析了PTA换热装置工况特点,在常规的钛焊管生产工艺基础上改良工艺技术,加强焊缝质量控制技术,从而生产出能够满足PTA换热装置使用的高性能耐蚀换热管。然后,通过Minitab质量工具对公司生产的高性能耐蚀钛焊管的力学性能:抗拉强度、规定非比例延伸强度、断后伸长率以及焊缝、母材、热影响区维氏硬度以及硬度差进行了过程能力分析。结果表明,其力学性能的能力指标Cpk和Ppk均大于1.33且大于1.67,表示不仅产品的能力满足且能力充分,稳定性较好。并随机取样分析了钛焊管的其他关键性能,焊缝宏观形貌和工艺性能等均合格。国产化钛焊管满足PTA换热装置特殊工况下对换热管的要求。 Most of the titanium tube used in heat exchanger of purified terephthalic acid(PTA)industry in China relied on imported titanium welded tube or titanium seamless tube.The imported titanium welded pipe’s price was high and the delivery cycle was long,and the production of titanium seamless pipe is not friendly to the environment.The working condition characteristics of PTA heat exchanger are studied and analyzed,the process technology is improved on the basis of the conventional titanium welded pipe production technology and the weld quality control technology is strengthened,so as to produce the high-performance corrosion resistant heat exchanger which can meet the needs of the PTA heat exchanger.The mechanical properties,tensile strength,specify non-proportional elongation strength,elongation after fracture and Vickers hardness of base metal,weld,heat affected zone and ardness difference were analyzed by Minitab quality tools.The results showed that the ability indexes Cpk and Ppk of the mechanical properties were both greater than the basic value of 1.33 and greater than 1.67,indicating that the ability of the product not only met the requirements but also had sufficient ability and good stability.The other key properties of titanium welded pipe were analyzed by random sampling.The macroscopic morphology and process performance of welding seam were qualified.The domestic titanium welded pipe meets the requirements of PTA heat exchanger under special working conditions.
