摘要
中国作为一个经济大国,同时也属于资源的大国,社会经济的快速发展和工业的需求促使现阶段对各类地质矿产资源需求量的不断增多,矿产资源作为自然界的重要资源,为社会的发展奠定了物质基础。矿产资源的需求逐渐增多,促使矿山和环境的不断变化,地质勘查工作也需要持续进行,原有的技术措施的局限性目前已无法适用于当前社会发展的需求,因此,针对地质矿产资源的准确勘查成为目前矿产资源开采工作的重要环节。现针对地质矿产资源勘查中立项、设计、实施和报告几个环节的问题进行分析和讨论,提出相应的解决措施,通过规划地质矿产勘查过程中的战略对策,加强对管理机制的建设和完善,拓宽对矿产资源的开采思路,以此提高矿产资源的利用,最大程度上满足市场需求,其主旨在于为地质矿产资源的勘查工作提供见解,为提高对矿产资源的勘查和利用效率提供基础。
China is a large economic country and also a large resource country.The rapid development of social economy and the demand of industry promote the increasing demand for various geological and mineral resources at this stage.As an important natural resource,mineral resources have laid a material foundation for social development.The demand for mineral resources is gradually increasing,which promotes the continuous change of mines and environment,and the geological exploration work also needs to be carried out continuously.The limitations of the original technical measures can no longer be applied to the needs of the current social development.Therefore,the accurate exploration of geological and mineral resources has become an important link in the current mining of mineral resources.This paper analyzes and discusses the problems in the project initiation,design,implementation and report of geological and mineral resources exploration,and puts forward corresponding solutions.Through planning the strategic countermeasures in the geological and mineral resources exploration process,we will strengthen the construction and improvement of the management mechanism and broaden the mining ideas of mineral resources,so as to improve the utilization of mineral resources and meet the market demand to the greatest extent,Its main purpose is to provide insights for the exploration of geological and mineral resources and provide a basis for improving the exploration and utilization efficiency of mineral resources.
