摘要
阐述了氧化铝灼减含量的定义,分析灼减含量在冶金氧化铝产业、电解铝产业中的影响,分析国标GB/T 6609.2-2009在实验室测定中的各个环节的影响因素,并考虑以瓷坩埚替代铂金坩埚以节约成本的可行性,最终得到准确的、经济的氧化铝灼减结果。
This paper expounds the definition of alumina burning reduction content,analyzes the influence of burning reduction content on metallurgical alumina industry and electrolytic aluminum industry,analyzes the influencing factors of GB/T 6609.2-2009 in each link of laboratory measurement,and considers the feasibility of replacing platinum crucible with porcelain crucible to save costs,so as to finally obtain accurate and economic alumina burning reduction results.
