摘要
海洋文化遗产因在地方、区域、国家、全球海洋可持续发展方面的重要价值以及在当前面临的严重威胁而受到国外学者的广泛关注,其保护与管理研究取得了较大进展,系统梳理国外海洋文化遗产保护与管理的研究成果能够为处于起步阶段的国内研究提供借鉴与参考。采用文献分析法对72篇代表性文献进行梳理总结,结果表明,围绕遗产影响因素、遗产调查与数据库建设、遗产评估、遗产保护与管理对策四方面内容,国外已经形成了较为完整的研究框架。围绕具体研究内容并结合我国实际对海洋文化遗产保护与管理的相关研究进行总结与展望,包括深化数据获取方式与数据库建设标准研究、注重遗产价值研究、加强遗产影响因素与脆弱性评估研究、重视公众参与动机与合作模式研究。
Maritime cultural heritage has received extensive attention from foreign scholars because of its important value in local,regional,national and global sustainable development of the ocean and the serious threats that it is facing now.Great progress has been made in its protection and management research.Systematic review of foreign research results on the protection and management of maritime cultural heritage can provide reference for domestic research at the initial stage.The paper uses the literature analysis method to sort out and summarize 72 representative literatures.The results show that a relatively complete research framework has been formed around four aspects:impact factors of heritage,survey and database construction of heritage,heritage assessment,and protection and management measures of heritage.Finally,the paper summarizes and looks forward to the related research on the protection and management of maritime cultural heritage based on the specific research content and China's actual situation,including deepening the research on data acquisition methods and database construction standards,focusing on heritage value research,strengthening the study on impact factors and vulnerability assessment of heritage,emphasizing the research on public participation motivation and cooperation model.
