摘要
用绵羊小腔卵泡及小腔卵泡卵母细胞进行了一系列实验,获得小腔卵泡及小腔卵泡卵母细胞生发泡的有效分离方法.结果显示,常规的卵母细胞脱水收缩方法、离心方法、其它卵母细胞的电融合方法均不适用于小腔卵泡卵母细胞.
An effective method has been established for isolating ovine small antrum follicle and small antrum follicular oocyte.We elucidate that the methods such as dehydration,cenfrifugation or electofasion which is proved to be effective in experiment with other species of oocytes are all ineffective in the experiment with ovine small antrum follicalar oocyte.
