摘要
高校档案工作属于一种基础性工作,面对繁多而且复杂的档案信息,需对其开展采集、鉴别、归档以及储存等。伴随着信息技术的发展,信息化档案管理成为必然趋势,可以让管理人员从繁重的工作中解脱出来,为高校教师提供更好的服务。本文结合高校档案管理现状,给出建设信息化档案管理的有关建议,以供参考。
The archives of universities are a kind of basic work,and in the face of large and complex archival information,it is necessary to collect,identify,archive and store them.With the development of information technology,information archives management has become an inevitable trend,which can disengage managers from heavy work and provide better services for college teachers.Based on the current situation of university archives management,this paper gives relevant suggestions for the construction of information-based archives management,for reference.
