摘要
闪烁体材料是一类光功能材料,其能在吸收高能光子后,如α,β-射线、χ-射线等,发出可见光。现阶段,闪烁体材料已被广泛应用于不少行业领域中。本文先介绍闪烁体材料的应用领域,分析其性能要求,进而对Lu_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)体系闪烁体材料进行深入探究。
Scintillator material is a class of photofunctional materials,which can emit visible light after absorbing highenergy photons,such asα,β-ray,χ-ray.At the present stage,scintillator materials have been widely used in many industries.This paper first introduces the application field of scintillator material,analyzes its performance requirements,and accordingly conducts an in-depth exploration of scintillator material of Lu_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) system.
