摘要
随着我国市场经济高速发展,房地产建筑行业在国民经济中的支柱产业地位得到了快速的发展,从建设工程建筑防火角度,民用建筑(公共建筑、住宅建筑)消防工程是保障人民生命安全和建筑物消防安全的重要工程,是房地产建筑工程的重要组成部分。在建设工程全寿命周期实施阶段建筑防火规划、设计审查、消防施工和专项验收过程中,建筑工程、土建、机电和精装工程等专业往往不能按照国家消防法律法规认真执行,存在复杂的消防工程安全隐患,导致不能顺利合格通过第三方检测、政府专项及联合验收,导致开发建设投资成本增加,开发关键进度路线节点滞后等风险。
With the rapid development of China's market economy,the status of the real estate construction industry as a pillar industry in the national economy has also developed rapidly.From the point of view of construction engineering building fire prevention,civil building(public building,residential building)fire protection engineering is an important facility to ensure people's life safety and building fire safety,and it is an important part of real estate construction engineering.In the construction project life cycle implementation stage,building fire prevention planning,design review,fire construction,special acceptance process,building engineering,civil engineering,mechanical and electrical,hardcover engineering and other specialties often can not be seriously implemented in accordance with national fire laws and regulations,and there are complex,more hidden dangers of fire engineering safety,resulting in failure to pass the third party inspection,government special and joint acceptance,which lead to the risk of increasing the investment cost of development and construction and lagging behind the nodes of the key progress route.
