摘要
随着国内液晶面板的产量逐渐攀升,中国已成为高端光电半导体产业的领导者,半导体洁净厂房的建设需求随之增大。为满足生产线建设投产需求,这种新型厂房多采用超长不设缝结构设计。结合福州某厂房楼板大平层无缝设计,提出该类建筑基本构造的设计优化、设计思路和施工方法。
With the gradual increase in the output of domestic LCD panels,China has become a leader in the high-end optoelectronic semiconductor industry,and the demand for the construction of semiconductor clean plants has increased.In order to meet the needs of the construction and production of production lines,this new type of plant is mostly designed with super-long non-seam structure.Based on the seamless design of a factory floor in Fuzhou,the design optimization,design idea and construction method of the basic structure of this kind of building are put forward.
