摘要
分析了我国化妆品级白油、食品级白油和医药级白油的生产及技术现状,指出目前我国白油产业存在布局不合理、黏度牌号不齐全等问题,导致高黏度食品级白油、苯乙烯专用白油等部分高档白油仍需要依赖进口。建议国内工业白油生产企业应适时进行产品结构调整,扩建加氢处理及精制装置,把工业白油升级发展为高档白油,逐步实现国产替代进口、高端替代低端的发展愿景。
The production and technical status of high-grade white oil,including cosmetic-grade white oil,food-grade white oil and pharmaceutical-grade white oil were introduced.The problems in domestic white oil industry were pointed out,such as unreasonable layout and incomplete viscosity grades,which lead to the dependence on imports for some high-grade white oil such as high viscosity food-grade white oil and styrene special white oil.It is suggested that domestic industrial white oil production enterprises should timely adjust the products structure,expand hydrotreating and refining equipment,upgrade industrial white oil to high-grade white oil,so as to gradually realize the development trend of domestic replacing import and high-end products replacing low-end products.
