摘要
在科技日新月异的今天,手机的普及与智能化带给我们诸多方便,同时也给我们造成大量困扰。大学生作为其中典型的代表,不可避免地受到手机的影响。本文旨在了解当代大学生手机依赖倾向与孤独感的相关性,从而就大学生手机依赖与孤独感的问题提出建议,以期解决大学生手机使用的困扰并帮助大学生形成健康的心理。本文以赤峰学院200名大学生为被试,采用梁永炽编制的手机依赖成瘾指数量表(MPAI)和孤独量表(UCLA)进行调查研究。同时对回收的量表进行数据分析,为撰写本文提供数据依据和现状分析,并针对结果提出建议与对策。
In today's rapidly changing science and technology,the popularity and intelligence of mobile phones have brought us a lot of convenience,but also caused us a lot of trouble.College students,as a typical representative,are inevitably affected by mobile phones.The purpose of this paper is to understand the correlation between mobile phone dependence tendency and loneliness of contemporary college students,so as to put forward suggestions on the problems of college students'mobile phone dependence and loneliness,in order to solve the problem of college students'mobile phone use and help college students form a healthy psychology.This paper takes 200 college students from Chifeng University as subjects,and uses the Mobile Phone Dependence Addiction Index Inventory(MPAI)and Loneliness Inventory(UCLA)compiled by Liang Yongchi to investigate.At the same time,data analysis was carried out on the recovered scales to provide data basis and current situation analysis for the writing of this paper,and put forward suggestions and countermeasures for the results.
