摘要
针对塔河高温高盐油藏条件,采用机械剪切法制备耐温耐盐酚醛树脂冻胶分散体封堵剂。主要研究了整体冻胶强度、剪切时间以及剪切间距对冻胶分散体黏度和粒径的影响,并考察了酚醛树脂冻胶分散体的封堵性能。研究结果表明:随着酚醛树脂交联剂的增加,酚醛树脂冻胶的强度也随之增加,交联剂加量达到1.8%时冻胶强度达到最大;强整体冻胶制备的冻胶分散体黏度与粒径比弱整体冻胶制备的分散体都大;随剪切时间增加,冻胶分散体粒径减小,黏度下降;随剪切间距增加,冻胶分散体粒径增加,黏度增加;所制备的冻胶分散体粒径分布范围在1~4μm内可调;冻胶分散体的封堵性能可达97.5%以上。
In view of Tahe high temperature and high salt reservoir conditions,the temperature-resistant and salt-tolerant phenolic resin gel dispersion plugging agent is prepared by mechanical shearing method.The effects of the overall gel strength,shear time and shear spacing on the viscosity and particle size of the gel dispersion were investigated. The plugging performance of the phenolic resin gel dispersion was also investigated.The results show that with the increase of phenolic resin cross-linking agent,the strength of phenolic resin gel increases,and the gel strength reaches the maximum when the cross-linking agent reaches 1.8%.The viscosity and particle size of the gel dispersion prepared by strong bulk gel are bigger than that prepared by weak bulk gel.As the shear time increases, the particle size of the gel dispersion decreases and the viscosity decreases. As the shear spacing increases,the particle size and the viscosity of the gel dispersion increases.The particle size distribution range of the prepared gel dispersion can be controlled within 1~4 μm.The plugging performance of the gel dispersion can reach 97.5% or more.
