摘要
临床工程师作为保障医疗装备安全有效运行、把关医疗物资质量可靠的专业技术人员,是应急医疗体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分。面对新冠肺炎疫情防控等特殊应急保障任务,临床工程师队伍经受住了考验,也暴露出诸如人员短缺、技术单一、综合保障力不足等问题。该文借鉴全科医师培养及住院医师规范化培训经验,系统分析临床工程学科特点和医疗应急保障任务需要。从厘定全科临床工程师概念、建立培养体系、完善评价指标和优化保障措施等方面着手,探索“一专多能”全科临床工程师的培养模式。为加强临床工程师人才队伍建设,更好服务于医疗应急保障任务提供有益借鉴。
As professional technicians who ensure the safe and effective operation of medical equipment and the reliable quality of medical supplies,clinical engineers are an indispensable and important part of the emergency medical system.In the face of special emergency support tasks such as the prevention and control of COVID-19,the clinical engineer team has withstood the test,but also exposed problems such as shortage of personnel,single technology,and insufficient comprehensive support.This paper draws on the experience of general practitioner training and resident standardized training to systematically analyze the characteristics of clinical engineering disciplines and the needs of medical emergency support tasks.Starting from defining the concept of general clinical engineer,establishing a training system,improving evaluation indicators and optimizing safeguard measures,etc.,explore the training mode of"one specialization and multiple abilities"general clinical engineer.It provides useful reference for strengthening the construction of clinical engineer talent team and better serving the task of medical emergency support.
