摘要
政府网络公共关系的柔性化治理策略表现为通过合作、教育、建议、指导、沟通、引导、劝服等柔性化的方法与手段来获取网民的理解与支持。政府网络公共关系的柔性化治理应明确治理理念、治理工具、治理核心等关键题域,并注重在牢牢掌握网络舆论工作话语权、实现“订单式”公关全覆盖、提升政府网络舆论引导能力、实现网络传播方式的多样化、拓宽网络问政渠道的民本方向、加强多方协同合作等方面提升治理策略。
The flexible governance strategy of government network public relations is to obtain the understanding and support of netizens through flexible methods and means such as cooperation,education,advice,guidance,communication,guidance,and persuasion.The flexible governance of government online public relations should clarify key topics such as governance concepts,governance tools,and governance cores,and focus on firmly grasping the right to speak in the work of online public opinion,realizing the full coverage of“order-based”public relations,and improving the government’s ability to guide online public opinion,to realize the diversification of network communication methods,to broaden the people-oriented direction of network inquiries about government channels,and to strengthen multi-party coordination and cooperation to improve governance strategies.
