摘要
在现代国家治理和社会治理中,民主、法治和人权三者是相辅相成的治理价值和手段,都是用来解决不同主体之间的治理与被治理关系,目的是建立和谐有序的治理秩序。所以,在民主、法治、人权三者有机统一的基础上有序推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化,对于国家治理和社会治理活动具有更强的制度推动力,可以形成更好的治理格局和治理效果。
In modern state governance and social governance,democracy,rule of law and human rights are complementary governance values and means to solve the governing and governed relations among different subjects.The purpose is to establish a harmonious and orderly governance order.Therefore,orderly advancing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity on the basis of the organic unity of democracy,rule of law and human rights has a stronger institutional impetus for national governance and social governance activities,and can form a better governance pattern and governance effect.
