摘要
采用中国2011—2017年中国省级面板数据,研究分析数字普惠金融对中国城乡收入不平等的影响。主要结论有:数字普惠金融对中国各地区城乡收入不平等的改善产生显著的正向影响;在不同产业结构水平、经济发展水平以及居民金融素养水平下,数字普惠金融发展对地区城乡收入不平等的影响存在异质性,即在发展水平高的地区城乡收入不平等的改善较为明显;中介效应检验发现,财政教育支出、投资水平、消费水平、城镇化以及市场化等因素是数字普惠金融对城乡收入不平等产生作用的重要途径。乡村振兴背景下,推进数字普惠金融建设全面发展对促进中国城乡收入差距不断缩小、实现共同富裕具有重要现实意义。
Using China s provincial panel data from 2011 to 2017,this paper studies and analyzes the impact of digit al Inclusive Finance on China's urban and rural income inequality.The main conclusions are:Digital Inclusive Finance and its sub indicators have a significant positive impact on the improvement of urban and rural income inequality in various regions of China;Under different levels of industrial structure,economic development and residents'financial literacy,the impact of the development of digital Inclusive Finance on regional urban-rural income inequality is heterogeneous,that is,the improvement of urban-rural income inequality in areas with high corresponding development level is more obvious;The intermediary effect test found that economic growth,investment level,consumption level,urbanization and marketization are important ways for digital Inclusive Finance to affect urban-rural income inequality.To narrow China's urban-rural income gap,we should continue to promote the all-round development of digital Inclusive Finance,take into account the heterogeneity between different regions to adjust the inclined direction and strength of policies,jointly promote the balanced and coordinated development among regions,and promote the high-quality development of economic efficiency and equity under the background of China's Rural Revitalization.
