摘要
目的探讨采用复方双氯芬酸钠肌注联合口服尼美舒利分散片治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取广州市中西医结合医院门急诊2018年2月~2020年7月间收治的急性痛风性关节炎患者共60例进行观察研究,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组和观察组分别30例患者,其中对照组实施口服尼美舒利联合地塞米松治疗;观察组实施复方双氯芬酸钠肌注联合口服尼美舒利治疗,观察和记录两组治疗前后的关节疼痛评分、关节肿胀评分、血尿酸值、治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率,评估不同方案的应用价值,总结治疗经验。结果治疗后观察组与对照组相比,观察组的关节疼痛评分、关节肿胀评分及血尿酸值均有明显改善(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为6.66%,治疗总有效率为96.67%,对照组的不良反应发生率为20.00%,治疗总有效率为76.67%,与对照组相比,观察组的不良反应发生率低,治疗总有效率高,数据差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用复方双氯芬酸钠肌注联合口服尼美舒利治疗急性痛风性关节炎,疗效显著,不良反应少,膝关节功能恢复快。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound diclofenac sodium intramuscular injection combined with oral nimesulide dispersive tablets in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute gout arthritis who were admitted to the outpatient and emergency department of Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2018 to July 2020 were selected for an observation study.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,including 30 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the observation group.The control group was treated with oral nimesulide combined with dexamethasone.The observation group was treated with compound diclofenac sodium intramuscular injection combined with oral nimesulide.Joint pain score,joint swelling score,blood uric acid value,total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed and recorded in the two groups.The application value of different treatment schemes was evaluated,and treatment experience was summarized.Results Compared with the control group,the joint pain score,joint swelling score and blood uric acid value of the observation group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.66%,and the total effective rate was 96.67%,while the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 20.00%,the total effective rate was 76.67%,and compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower,and the total effective rate was higher,and the data were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound diclofenac sodium intramuscular injection combined with oral nimesulide in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis has significant efficacy,less adverse reactions and faster recovery of knee function.
