摘要
海洋是地球最大的活跃碳库,海洋生物的自然生长和繁殖可以从海洋中吸收二氧化碳并形成碳汇效应,从而直接或间接降低大气中二氧化碳等温室气体的浓度。发展海洋碳汇是缓解气候变化、促进海洋经济可持续发展的重要手段,充分发挥海洋碳汇的功能,可以有效实现碳达峰与碳中和。从碳汇渔业的概念着手,分析了现阶段中国在海洋固碳能力、碳汇渔业技术手段、实验基地建设、“海底森林”和滩涂湿地建设的发展现状,剖析了碳汇渔业发展中存在的问题,并提出贝藻混合养殖、功能一体化碳汇渔业区建设以及渔业碳汇交易中心建立将是中国碳汇渔业未来发展的趋势。
The ocean is the largest active carbon pool on the earth.The natural growth and reproduction of marine organisms can absorb carbon dioxide from the ocean and form a carbon sink effect,which can directly or indirectly reduce the concentration of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.Developing marine carbon sinks is an important means to mitigate climate change and promote the sustainable development of marine economy,and giving full play to the function of marine carbon sink can effectively realize carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.Starting from the concept of carbon sequestration fishery,the current status of the development of China's marine carbon sequestration capacity,the technical means of carbon sequestration fishery,the construction of experimental bases,the construction of seabed forest and tidal flat wetlands were analyzed,the problems existing in the development of carbon sequestration fishery were dissected,and the future development trend of China's carbon sink fishery were put forward,that is,the mixed culture of shellfish and algae,the construction of functional integrated carbon sink fishery area and the establishment of fishery carbon sink trading center will be the future development trend of carbon sink fishery in China.
