摘要
为了优化现有智能猫砂盆设计,提升猫宠主的用户体验和宠物猫的使用体验,首先构建猫砂盆设计评价体系,运用Python软件在某互联网知名问答社区上采集智能猫砂盆的用户评论,获取4个一级指标和11个二级指标,联合KJ法和层次分析AHP法确立各指标权重;其次采用KANO法与李克特量表设计调研问卷并帮助指标量化,通过TOPSIS综合评价现有产品,总结排名靠前者的设计共性,邀请猫宠主进行评价实验;最后结合评价结果,给出设计方案。通过基于TOPSIS的智能猫砂盆设计评价,可以量化用户偏好,有效地优化设计,对智能猫宠用品优化设计有一定指导意义。
In order to optimize the existing intelligent cat litter box design and improve the user experience of cat owners and pet cats,this paper first constructs the cat litter box design evaluation system,uses Python software to collect user reviews of intelligent cat tray in an well-known Q&A online community,obtains 4 first-level indicators and 11 second-level indicators,and combines KJ method and AHP method to establish the weight of each index.Secondly,the KANO method and the Likert scale are used to design the questionnaire and help quantify the indicators.The existing products are comprehensively evaluated by TOPSIS,and the design commonness of the former is summarized.In addition,cat owners are invited to conduct evaluation experiments.Finally,combined with the evaluation results,the design scheme is given.Through the design evaluation of intelligent cat tray based on TOPSIS,users'preferences can be quantified and optimized effectively,which has certain guiding significance for optimizing the design of intelligent cat pet supplies.
