摘要
目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者应用改良集束化护理的作用。方法选取2020年7月至2021年7月南京市第一医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者84例,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组(42例,常规护理)和研究组(42例,常规+改良集束化护理)。比较两组护理舒适度、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分、生活质量测定量表(QLQ-30)、护理不良事件、纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)评分。结果研究组舒适度及NSNS评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组HADS量表评分低于护理前,且研究组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组QLQ-30评分高于护理前,且研究组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理不良事件总发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良集束化护理有利于提高患者的舒适度,提高生活质量及满意度,且安全。
Objective To explore the role of improved cluster nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure.Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure admitted to Nanjing First Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected.They were divided into routine group(42 cases,routine nursing)and study group(42 patients,routine+improved cluster nursing)by random number table method.The nursing comfort level,hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)score,quality of life measurement scale(QLQ-30),nursing adverse events,and Newcastle satisfaction with nursing scale(NSNS)score were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing comfort level and NSNS score of the study group were higher than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the HADS scale scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,while that of the research group was lower than that of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the QLQ-30 scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,while that of the research group was higher than that of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved bundled care is beneficial for improving patient comfort,quality of life and satisfaction,and is also safe.
