摘要
目的探究抚触护理联合白噪声干预在新生儿睡眠、神经系统发育中的作用。方法选取中国人民解放军空军军医大学第一附属医院西京医院儿科2019年7月至2021年12月出生的92名新生儿为研究对象,以计算机完全随机分组法将其分为试验组、对照组,每组46名。对照组行白噪声干预,试验组在对照组的基础上加用抚触护理,比较两组新生儿睡眠质量、生长发育情况及神经行为情况。结果干预后,两组啼哭次数少于干预前,试验组少于对照组(P<0.05);两组最大啼哭持续时间短于干预前,且试验组短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组身长、体重、头围大于干预前,且试验组大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组主动肌张力、行为能力、被动肌张力、原始反射及一般反应评分高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抚触护理联合白噪声干预可以提高新生儿的生长发育情况,改善新生儿的睡眠质量及神经行为。
Objective To explore the effect of touch care combined with white noise intervention on neonatal sleep and nervous system development.Methods A total of 92 newborns in Department of Pediatric,Xijing Hospital,the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from July 2019 to December 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group,with 46 newborns in each group.The control group received white noise intervention,and the experimental group received touch care on the basis of control group.The sleep quality,growth and development,and neurobehavior of two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the crying times of two groups were less than those before intervention,and those in experimental group was less than those in control group(P<0.05);the maximum duration of crying in two groups were shorter than that before intervention,and that in experimental group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The body length,body weight,and head circumference of two groups were greater than those before intervention,and those in experimental group were greater than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of active muscle tension,behavioral ability,passive muscle tension,original reflex,and general response in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Touch care combined with white noise intervention can improve the growth and development of newborns,and improve sleep quality and neural behavior of newborns.
